Henrik is an independent optometry consultant, and he is responsible for business development, sales and professional services for Eys in Denmark. He has 20+ years of experience within the optical industry with strong experience in leadership, commercial sales, professional services, commercial and clinical training and large audience presentations. He has held several leadership and consultancy roles in companies like CooperVision, Alcon, Johnson&Johnson, Bausch+Lomb, Menico
Eys doctors and optometrists
ngebret Mojord is an innovative and experienced optometrist who serves as a driving force for further development within the profession. With over 40 years of experience within the industry across his own clinic and eye departments. Ingebret was a lecturer at USN at a MSc level while also being an international lecturer, inspirer and course organizer. Since 2020, Ingebret now also works as a freelance optometrist.

Dag Tjernsmo has worked at Handelsbanken for more than 32 years. During the last 12 years, he was the bank’s general manager until passing on the baton in 2021. He has held several leading roles in both the Norwegian and Swedish parts of Handelsbanken and has extensive experience in board work.
